Keith Michael's The Nutcracker Uniondale Theatre reviews
The staff at this venue needs some work, as they made the experience not as good as it should have been. After standing in line for 20 minutes at a bar, I was next in line only to be informed by the bar tender that the line was now closed, and that I needed to get in another line. Before finding the actual guest services office, I asked at least 5 different employees where I could purchase or receive hearing protection for my child and ended up wasting 30 minutes or more walking to 4 different areas of the stadium, as the staff did not know where it was located. My wife was also rudely informed by a staff member that she needed to take our stroller to the guest service office to be checked in, even though the people in the guest service office that I had already visited did not say anything about it. Despite these issues, I had a wonderful time with my family at this great venue.
